Autocar India has a wide portfolio of event properties throughout the year. They range from exhibitions and contests to customised client-based events using the editorial team’

s expertise. Our readers are car enthusiasts who get their fill of automobiles with events such as The Autocar Performance show which is an exhibition of performance cars (introduced in 2005). Autocar India pioneered drag racing in India with the first Speed Run organised in 2003. Since then the event has become an annual feature and has grown to become a popular event amongst motorsport enthusiasts.

To champion the cause of safe driving amongst our readers The Young Driver contest was introduced in 2009. The overwhelming response has led us to make this an annual feature. The first Supercar Club of India has been instituted by Autocar India, with a plethora of events organised for club members.

Along with consumer events, we are also known for the custom-event properties organised for our clients. The Mercedes-Benz Experience 2009 where the company used the event medium interact with its potential customers. The Ford Cross Country Drive 2009 was a drive event conducted by the editorial team circumnavigating India over a distance of 20,000km providing some valuable insights to the car manufacturer.
